    Trailer Tire input please?

    I changed my fifth wheel tires last summer from 15' to 16" rims and went to LT tires. They look good and from what I can tell, they seem to run cooler than the STs that they replaced. I have never lost a tire on any of my trailers but maybe its because I never let them get over 5 years old. Jim

    Its the first time I have heard anyone saying it would cure the cackle. Most have found if ya get rid of the air being sucked into the fuel lines by doing the "Hutch" mod, cackle goes away. It did for me. Jim

    I wouldn't jump too soon to have it rebuilt. Lots of fuzz is normal. Its one of the reasons I replace the rear end lube at about 20-25k miles. It is usually full of crap. Never lost a rear end doing this. Yours is probably OK. Lots of fuzz is a great way to drum up a repair job. Jim
