This may help.... When the truck is cold... fire it up... let it run for about a min or so, not to long... then feel your exhaust manifolds, you may find a "cooler/cold" side or area or two... this may help point you in the direction of a miss fire. also check to make sure your CPS is mounted...

    Question Delay wipers

There is a "clocking mechanism" in the motor, it has a "home" position, if the contacts are worn or if the dielectric grease has gone this will cause the symptoms you describe. you can remove the wiper motor and pull this assembly apart, clean the contacts, and reapply grease.

    F350 vs F-650 Seats

This is a guess... it is possible that the "floor pan thickness may be different, and they may use a different "bolt" size, as trucks above the 1 ton range have a different set of rules for passenger restraints. Just a guess.

    transmission guy having troubles

Have him check the #3 shift fork for wear, they sit in a groove, it will work fine with the case off, but when you reassemble it and lines things up, this may move it out of the ring. This is more common in the "M" series trannies (MAzda) mnf. the ZF are fairly Stout, but might be something...

    Speed

Our trucks do have a "governed" speed... not sure where the stop point is though. Per the State patrol... 137 was my top end.... That was with a programmer that removed the Speed limiter.

    Hissing dropping pressure when cold

This is normal. You have an EBV (Exhaust Backpreasure Valve) That actuates, this limits or restricts the exhaust as it enters the hot side of the turbo, The purpose is to aid your engine in Warmup cycle. It should only (in normal circumstances) actuate only at Idle or when you are not...

    electric door locks

Most likely, but hard to tell with the lack of info on your rig, There is a thin rubber boot that covers the lock solenoid, this breaks down over time and allows moisture to enter. The easy fix for this is to saturate the lock with WD40, similar to the fix for the door light actuator switch.

    02 7.3 issues, not drivable

Easy way to help determine if its a Valve Cover harness, Once you get the truck to start, run it as long as you can ... or a few minutes .... feel your exhaust manifolds Valve covers, you will almost always have one "COLD" side... normally if its a GPR or GP issue the truck will start to...
