    Moderately certain its a 14mm.... but if not13/14/15 are the most common for under the hood accessory sizes, then its a jump down to either 10mm or 8... or a jump up to 18-24

    I think the ford one is the same as auto Zones, they are both made by Beldon. When you take the Sensor out, there may be a large amount of metal debris built up on it (the switch is magnetic) sometimes, just cleaning the sensor will cure the problem.

    Standard f250/350 is a Sterling 10.25 The DRW f350 and early 450 are Dana 80's Later 450 and 550 are Dana 110 The Dana 80 is If I recall correctly is .75 inches Wider than the Sterling.

    ..... and one of the easiest things to miss is the little clip that holds the EBV in place, if you lose the clip, the engine will act as tho the EBV is closed, essentially shutting off your turbo.

    If you are familiar with adjusting drum brakes, the procedure will be the same, there is a small rubber cap that covers a star wheel. remove the cap, take a small flat blade screw driver, spin the wheel to expand the shoes.

    When tightening, I use my 1" torque wrench and snug to 750lbs this way I know no fuel will leak out.................. Just kidding.... I know some where some one thought I was serious... snug is good... fire it up ... check for leaks...

    ... Or you can use the Oil filter wrench, providing its the "Band" type..... And unless you bought the Truck new, you should check by the Frame rail to see "IF" some one may have added a pre-filter. It would be just (in most cases) prior to the Fuel pump. Near the Drivers door.
