    Another possibility.... when cold... start the truck... check your exhaust manifolds, If one side is staying cold, you may just have a bad Valve cover, if this is the case you may also have to cahnge the wiring harness under the cover.... not to bad a job..... parts all together should run...

    BTW... FPR = Fuel Preasure Regulator... another quick and easy test... open the drain cock on the Fuel bowl turn the key on.... should fill.... if so, good... then most likley injector letting preasure in.. (Copper Ring) if its not filling then the problem may be a bit easier to track...
