    I have Love hate relationships, with a lot of the hitches out there... The reese, seems ... at least to me, to have too many parts that can fail... however they do mount much easier. My RBW same as what 02 has, is simple, but does not have the side to side mobility that I do some times...

    Exploded? 6.0

    The reason I ask... I recall seeing some burnt/busted pistons on the 6.0, if they have the Star pattern on them FOMOCO will $hit can your warranty, from what i remember, the condition can only happen on a chipped/programmed truck. The EGT's get too high... and then bad things happen.

    Side Rails On RBW 15000# Hitch

    You should have had some "Spacer plates" that went under the rails. Since Ive had mine I have always had to use a 15lb adjustment tool to get the hitch all the way in.... on Edit, if you have to, you can loosen the Bolts from the "L" brackets on the frame, re-align then tighten.

    Yup.... if you can "feel" it then its time for replacing.... try one of our sponsors for a replacement, www.powerstrokeshop.com or NAPA, my replace ment cost me 275 at CSK, NAPA was very close in cost as I recall.

    Once upon a time I did see some one who had done the conversion, the gears are the same... Mine is 373.. My former truck was a SRW.... since Iv'e gone with the dually I doubt if I will ever go back to a SRW truck for any serious hauling. the sterling 10.25 in your truck is more than capable...

    South Bend FE clutch?

    I run the mu1939, Kevlar on one side ceramic on the other...Excellent holding power.... not the greatest for Drag racing ... where you may have to work the clutch a bit, once teh kevlar gets hot it will slip... or at least that the side that I beleave is slipping. I Do like the Zoom...

    Fuel heater and filter cap woes

    Start with the Easy one first if you have an Auto Zone Auto parts store near by they use the Integrated filter/Cap on theirs... other wise take a shot at E-Bay... when you say Glued... do you mean the Solder points inside the Fuel bowl?... if so ... I do beleave you can remove and re-solder...
