Well, It Finally Happened---------

I'd been expecting it for a while. But with things slowing down since Labor Day around the RV dealer here, folks have been getting laid off just about weekly. Well, today it was my turn, leaving only one guy left in the parts dept. I was told in no uncertain terms that they definately wanted me back in the spring (mid-Feb, begining of March), and that they would like me back for the end of season inventory around 1 Dec.

So it looks like me and Robert will have nothing better to do for a while other than hang out here.

Sounds like a good idea Just leave every morning like you are heading for work but you can go play all day instead. Some guys have all the luck..

Hello Kent, Hook up your RV and come on down and you can park on one side of Roberts shack and I will park on the other and we will let him feed us for a while. Someone said that he's a good cook. I don't know that for sure.

Hey ya'll do you mind if I join ya'll at Roberts? I was retired from the military on Tuesday. Did my time and was injured on the job. Time to start looking for somewere to work, wife already has honeydo lists.

Sounds appealing, but I just yesterday put my CAMPER away for the winter. By now it's packed into a pole barn surrounded by dozens of other RV's at the county fair frounds. I don't think I could get it out if I wanted.

I guess I'm stuck here with just my snowblower and SDD.com for entertainment for the long winter.
