    The truck only has a small amount of lift. It has the 2.5" front leveling kit from summit racing. This kit added more like 4" so i then put 2" superlift add a leafs in the rear.     Question Bullly Dog Power Pup Try Out?

    Its ok to try it out for a little while. I would suggest some gauges to keep an eye on your exhaust gas temps. Thats the biggest problem with the stock intake and exhaust. Other than that just dont go full throttle for extended periods of time without having gauges to monitor things.

    It seems like it is related to the torque converter more than the transmission. It should not shake the tc when it is in park. Im not sure about trans temp, I dont have that gauge yet:(

    Looking at a 2002 7.3 PSD

    I would look at all the intercooler boots. They are often covered in oil and need to be replaced. Ask about the condition of the glow plugs. Does it start well in cold temp? Also check for cracked leaf springs. Hopefully it all checks out the 7.3 is a great motor.

    Thanks guys. Hearing a couple honest answers helps ease the pain of a huge repair. I had to use the money i saved up for tires:( Now i may need to wait for next summer on my college budget.

    Well the truck will be done on thursday morning. Its a full axle overhaul. New ring and pinion, bearings, seals, and a Detroit tru trac. It will be about $1300. Seem high?
