    cleaned the EGR, it was dirty!! lots of oily soot. I may have to do the CCV mod to try to cut down the sticky soot. Good news: clean EGR with new gaskets and o-rings. Bad news: gauge still bounces, may be time to try a new gauge. I am going to drive it for the week to see if the CEL comes...

    X2 on what Dave said. My '04 is a dog until it warms up as well. Give it about 5 minutes to get the fluids a little warm and take it easy for a mile or two. no need to idle it for 20 minutes (bad for EGR).

    I didn't think of that. I checked out the Bilstein site and it states they only make stabilizers for RV's. I even tried to see if they meant Class C RV's because they would have the same Chassis as a SD. I couldn't find one and just decided to order a Moog. Good quality and LIFETIME warranty.
