    I've been playing a little with the 0 to 60 performance test on the Edge. The best I can get is 7.4 secs on setting number 3 (60 hp). Forget number 5 setting all it will do is spin. Still having to "feather the pedal" on number 3 .:thumbs

    Dip the bit in some grease before drilling. This will catch most if not all shavings. Those things are ROUGH on a turbo.

    Actually you can set the shift points to de-fuel 100%,50%, or not at all. You can also pick which gears (1st to 2nd,3rd to 4th,etc) to de-fuel. When you have these set, every time you go to that particular power setting (1-mileage,2-Tow,3-Driving,4-Racing,5-Extreme) the Edge will remember these...

    THe Edge Platinum also has the feature that will hold the power back until all temps are up.Is a great feature to have.

    Finally got around to installing my parts. The Edge Juice Platinum with 4" Magnaflow turbo back with the kitty drinking anti freeze! Only thing to say is D*#NNNNNNNNNNN . Was disappointed at first to find out the SCT Livewire was not shift on the fly but Edge makes a great product in my book!

    Guy I work with is offering me a Predator Programmer for $100. I have heard these are known for head gasket problems in the manual shift 6.0. I have an automatic. Is it worth it?

    Woke up to a nice temp this morning of 17 degrees. Fired the truck up and thought I had lost 5 cylinders! Never heard such chugging. I have read before that FOMOCO has already installed a block heater. My ???? is where is the plug located?:dunno

    The wifes ride is a 2003 Expedition that was doing the same thing. Complete stop going into a turn (either way)just off idle sounded like the front tires were too big and rubbing the inner fender. Took it to dealer they took a ride with me and immediately told me it WAS THE CLUTCHES in the rear...

    Cleaning my air filter which is a Green Filter and noticed I am out of the cleaner and oil. I have K&N cleaner and oil. Will this be OK for the Green filter? Only difference I see is the K&N oil is red.

    Sold the Silverado!!!

    Always been a Chevy man until one week ago. Sold the Silverado and bought an 05 Super Duty PS. The grin hasn't left my face yet. First Ford and first diesel. No going back now!!!
