    visit itp diesel's site, they have the pipes precut and inlarged on both ends to slip over your exhaust nicely, i'm pretty sure they have em for stock size exhaust also.

    there should only be a sensor on the bottom area of the rad support, most of the "sensing" is through the module inside the truck

    hub seals and orings looked fine, in my experience never replaced them unless they were nicked, torn, etc.

    i bought the hardline kit from ITP, works great, didnt really notice any difference per say, just good to know the oil is actually flowing how it should instead of deadheading itself, lol.

    wow, 500 or so for labor seems a little steep, i bought my moog ball joionts for a little less than 200 for all 4, had a buddy of mine that owed be a favor do em for me cause i havent had annnnnny time available so i do know your pain there, wouldnt hurt to maybe get one more price though??...

    i believe the bracket goes for a little under 30 bucks, i will check for you tomorrow when i get to my job, not worth lookin for aftermarket, if you do find one it wont fit wortha damn, couple 1/4inch rivets or bolts and your back in business :sweet

    i was kinda shocked and surprised with the amount of vapors also, i too ran mine into the exhaust after a while, made it much better, still has slight vapor coming out, but mostly can only notice at night when headlights are behind me at a light.

    suncoast offers a decent converter, i wasnt all to crazy bout mine till i towed my 30' enclosed to florida and back, it was reallll nice, little lazy round town from a stop, but up top she rolls, i've also heard nice stuff about the bts guys.

    your body shop shouldnt have a problem ordering that in place of the 2006, you may have to shell out some coin if there is a price difference, depends on how good your in with the shop and if the tanker company gets a copy of the estimate or not and how the shop writes its, i've hooked people...
