    generator

It's a Generac 4000xl it has the 30 amp 120 volt circuit, a 20amp 120/240 volt ciruit, two 15 amp 120 circuits and a 12 volt dc outlet. It definitely isn't a honda generator but it isn't to extremely loud either. I've got a thread on here with pictures.

No start and I hear clicking like flashers

okay I fixed it I ended up having to put a washer behind the nut on the battery cable. The cable was tight couldn't be moved by hand and the nut was also tight just apparently not tight enough. The washer on the other hand fixed that. I just got a little freaked out with all the clicking and...

No start and I hear clicking like flashers

The batteries are 2 years old. All connections are tight and terminals clean. Now I'm going to check to see about 12v. Thanks.

No start and I hear clicking like flashers

Truck won't start or have the wait to start light on. Batteries have been charged. When I open the door I hear clicking like the flashers are on and can hear what I think is a relay in the underdash fuse box making the noise. The 30 amp fuse for the fuel heater isn't blown either. Has anyone...

its ok to run red lights

Some lights are even longer. I sat for over 5 minutes at an intersection one day until I finally ran the light. The bad part is there was no traffic and I could see the other lights go through the cycle 10 times.

    Mileage

You didn't say but what were the weather conditions while driving? Another possibility could also be the way back could have some steeper grades. I drive to ATL a lot with a 25 'gn and my mileage unloaded is almost as bad as when I'm hauling 7000# on the way home.

    High EGT's after WW

Everything spins freely. I'm going to try and take it apart today and then reinstall everything.

    High EGT's after WW

To be honest I didn't pay any attention to the boost gauge I was more concentrated on the high egt's and trans temp. I ended up removing the actuator separately and installed it later. I think I'm going to take it all apart again and retry attaching it.

    Temperature gauge isn't working

Okay another question. I did a water pump on my truck and in the process of switching the temp sensor over I dropped it and it broke. I got a new one from Napa got everything back together and know I don't have a working temperature gauge. I'm on my second temp sensor and still don't have the...

    Name that dog

He kind of looks like a Hank to me. Yeah it stinks those shelters are marble collectors. They say it's supposed to help with their disposition and calm them down, well they forgot to tell my black lab that.

    High EGT's after WW

I just removed the compressor cover. I got the rod re-installed but I had to lengthen it by adjusting the end. I tried using air from the compressor but it still wouldn't extend far enough to get it to reattach so I adjusted it and I'm about a 1/4" from being back where it should be.
