    Yeah I was wondering about the whole engine brake thing. 6.4's don't have an engine brake, from the factory at least. Sounds like you're gonna learn the meaning of "Ya Gotta Pay to Play"! Call Banks, I'm sure they'll help out with the cost!:lmao:lmao:sorry

    You also have Cut Out flares, BIG difference. Also, 99-04's don't have the same suspension as the newer trucks, so comparing your 99 to an 05 isn't apples to apples.

    I had 325-65X18's (35"x13.5"x18") on my stock 18" wheels on my 05, with a Fabtech 2" leveling kit. They didn't rub anywhere! The 05-11 trucks fit a bigger tire without any lift.

    I took off my Toolbox and put on an Extang Full Tilt Tonneau cover for our upcoming Vacation. Truck looks TOTALLY diferent! I like it! I plan to cut the Tonneau cover down to fit the bed while the toolbox is on. Local Upholstery shop said it would be a simple job for them.

    Leveling my '08 F-350

    I used a Daystar 2.5" Leveling Kit from 4 Wheel Parts on my truck. Went on really easy and retains stock ride. I was also able to re-use the stock shocks, but I've since replaced them with Bilstein 5100's because they ride so much better than the stockers.

    The Cummins conversion has become a very common thing, but good luck getting a regular person to buy your truck when you decide to sell it. If you can find a Diesel Fan thats one thing, but your common person that just wants to buy a truck isn't gonna touch your hacked up abortion of a truck.

    Thats EXACTLY what the Magnusson-Moss Act is for. Ford CANNOT void any warranty for using aftermarket replacement parts. While I also suggest using Motorcraft parts, that's just a false statement!

    Garage Door Remote

    I know on my 09 F350 and my Wife's 07 Expedition, which both have the garage door opener buttons, they work whether the key is in or out, doesn't matter. I highly doubt Ford had any reason to change going to the 2011. The key does need to be in and on to program the buttons.
