    U- joints can get dry and cause this type of vibration. They might seem tight, but lack of lube causing them to bind slightly at low speeds. If they've been replaced, check for a grease fitting and give them a shot of grease. Factory joints= no grease fitting.

    Plug or bolt, i think we know what he's talking about. I've never seen pipe threads on an oil pan. Pipe threads bind tight to make a seal. Oil pan drain PLUGS always have a washer type seal and fine threads.

    If the transfer case is in LOW lock you need to have your foot on the brake for it to shift out of low. High side is 1 to 1 ratio, shift on the fly...., low side is like 2.6 to 1 ratio and ford built in a safety feature that requires the brake lights to be lit for it to shift out of low.

    Drain lines usually go down the windshield frame and drain out behind the front tires. A blast of air up and down should clear the obstruction. Take a look to make sure the line is still attached to the roof tray drain fitting. Test your work with water.
