    The stabilizer is attached to the AXLE and works on the AXLE. I don't see any interference with a lifted truck or a flattened truck. Suspension has nothing to do with the stabilizer, just the steering.

    Are your batteries charged up? Will not start if battery voltage drops below 10.5 vdc. Could be a bad CPS which you have replaced (bad from supplier). Good luck!

    Jack it up and place the rearend on two GOOD jack stands. Start the engine and put it in gear. Have someone press on the throttle while you watch. Look for tire rotation not being circular, look at the drive shaft. I had my drive shaft out of phase 180 degrees and it would shake at 50 mph...
