    I wouldn't think so...sounds like a high air intake manifold to me:dunno. Think i would go with the head studs to protect myself. It's better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it. Just my opinion....

    Pretty sure.... the truck has 640,000 miles. Still in pretty good condition. I think the only thing wrong with it is worn out piston rings. My dad started doing it (dont think he did it as often as I did). It seem to run a little smoother...a little more pep. Not sure of his reasoning for doing...

    I would do a gallon of gas in each tank (truck has dual tanks) about once a month. I wouldn't do any more than that. That was in my 96 F250...I don't reccomend do that in the 99-03 models. My 01 didn't seem to like it that much.

    Right there with ya. I've had to really concentrate on what way my steering wheel is pulling because of all the slop. And it feels like crap when driving down the road. Took it to the shop the other day to have the steering box tightened up and balance all the tires. Fells better now....not all...

    Well that sucks...I try to tell people to leave their hubs unlocked unless they plan no using them, but I never thought of it saving them from that. Not sure about the OBS and SD t-cases matching up:dunno

    Checked out my batteries....one of the negative battery terminals was loose. So either that was the culprit, or I really did have a good connection and the batteries just haven't had time to drain down from running it this morning. Guess I'll see tomorrow morning. Still not starting up as fast...

    Does it still not charge with a new battery? If a battery is shorted out, it will KEEP everything drained. How do you know the altenator is not putting out when you have it hooked up?

    I emailed powerstrokehelp for advice on my truck with my size tires and they suggested 4.10 or 4.30 (currently have 3.73)! There is a formula for figuring up new differential gearing with new tire size. I'm no expert on differentials or gearing....but I will listen to people that do know what...

    ....and you still have more leg room than a dodge crew cab lol. I've attempted a home built system, but didn't even come close to being that good.
