    That is a possibility I guess. Is that how slow a TC engages? Never felt an automatic shift like that on any other car except maybe a clunker. I've never been a tranny person & just getting into the diesel world. Plenty experience in gas engines. Any advice makes me think & that helps me...

    Muffler or no muffler

    I actually justed swapped my straight pipe which came on my truck for my buddies stock muffler today. A noticable improvement in low end & just all around smoothness. The straight pipe was very sloppy feeling @ low rpm. I would definately recommend investing in a nice aftermarket exhaust system...

    I figured this was a common problem & would have all sorts of feedback. Nevertheless, I flushed my tranny & it seemed to improve but not 100%

    I know this has been asked many times but i can't find anything dirrect. 2000 F250 Auto 4x4 has sluggish shift from 1st - 2nd when under medium to hard acceleration. I can't consider rebuild just yet. I am going to change or flush the fluid soon. Any suggestions? It's not a slip, just slow...
