Well I got it drill, it wasn't pretty trying to drill a round hole on the round exterior of a Banks
Air Intake Elbow.

I got the hole tapped and the elbow fitting installed. I just hope it stays sealed up and no boost leaks.

I used my small drill press and tried my best to hold the round intake with one hand, while pulling down on the press with the other. The hole was going straight until the very end.

The bit kinda danced off in the other direction and made an oblong hole.

I ran the tap in alittle deeper so that it would put threads in as many places as possible.

It worked out in the end. Those Banks air intakes are not cheap.
