For a stock 3.5" exhaust pipe...not 4".

I guess we are lucky here in Oklahoma. We don't have inspections anymore. I know that in 2001, the PSD came with a cat on the manual transmissions but not with the automatics. I figure who ever was looking at my truck better know the rules real good to know weather or not I am suppose to have a cat.
