The flowers are in the beds in front of Mom's house. Bri has been taking pictures of Mom's flower beds all year, and is going to get prints made, and frame them, and give them to my Mom for Christmas.
The old dam is one of my favorite spots in the county. The Hass mill was built there around 1880, burned down around 1920. The property is currently occupied by a service group called Tillers International, which teaches Third World farmers modern techniques using oxen, mule and horse drawn implements.

It's a vine that most say is hard to grow, but Mom's got them all over the place.
I love Mom's day lillies. She has around a hundred different ones all over the yard. I've called "dibs" on about 20 of them.
