Worst fuel mileage ever

i have been getting the ULSD for a few months now off and on from one station I go to.

supposedly the sulphur is only there as a lubricity agent... but my fuel economy has dropped three mpg since the switch last January...

Dayum...didnt realize that the LSDF made that much of a difference!!

I wish I could tell you something different, but when the EPA implemented the new fuel formulation, my fuel economy dropped like it was hot...

traded a guy out of a set of highway tires, no difference...

synthetic oil, no difference...

friction modifier in the oil... got worse (I think it foamed in the high-pressure oil pump)...

gotta be something different in the BTU value of the fuel... I drive like an old woman anyway (hey, it's a DIESEL. It's not SUPPOSED to spin the tires)...
