Many of you may be having 'hard start' or 'no start' problems with your trucks. #1 cause is the batteries and #2 is the glow plugs and controller. Amazon has several glow plug controllers: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_...ive&field-keywords=Glow+Plug+Controller,+FORD. DO NOT buy glow plugs from Amazon. Use ONLY Beru/Motorcraft glow plugs! The others can swell in time, and cause major problems trying to remove them, by swelling. The heads may have to be removed if this happens.
