I dont think they do.... i dont know for sure I haven't tried myself. But there are a few aftermarket sets out there that give you the one piece all clear look of the 05-07. They are all over ebay for sure...

Check this out... here is a conversion set, and they kinda give it away that all you need is a harness adapter and you have to cut a little bit of stuff behind out of the way to get the in the hole. so... good buy on the lights...That should be a cool conversion project.

yes they fit just fine, i have some 07 harley headlights on my 03. you just have to cut the plastic plate out thats behind the old style lights to get them to fit, i get compliments all the time looks much better now. yea almost forgot you have to splice the factory wires with that kit, i found a adapter laying around the shop i think it was for a western plow or something like that so i didnt have to cut anything, the adapter they send is real cheap i wouldnt use it
