From the front right wheel. She starts off sounding like a bad tire at low speeds, and like a bad bearing at high speeds.

i've had the tires rotated and the bearing inspected. Sound didn't change and the bearing is in perfect shape.

However, the hub was clicking a bit when I spun the wheel when it was up on the jack (this would be manual hubs).

What the hell has my truck sounding like pacman driving down the road? any help or ideas would sure be appreciated.

Could it be the hub?

Everthing in the front end is tight? Any vibrations with the noise?

Lock in the hubs and go for a test drive. If the noise goes away when the hubs are locked it is a problem with your spindle bearing or the locking hub itself.
