The tree huggers claim the area will be better served by preserving the area as is for tourism and the area will better benefit from the resulting tourism based jobs, i.e. food service or hospitality businesses. So the bottom line is the tree huggers are trying to convince everyone that a person can make a better living as a minimum wage waitress or hotel housekeeper vs a mining or manufacturing job.

TG, After you've finished black smokin' out your tree huggers , tell them that after the nickle mine has been exhausted the land will be reclaimed and then they will get their strip mall with Starbucks and fast food joints and hotels and restaurants. That should placate everybody.

I don't know what they are I just know they see this BIG truck and think they just don't have to let me in. Thats when it gets turned up and the smoke starts flowing. After that I have plenty of room. and my kids say look at all that smoke.

For those of you that dont know, this city makes Berkley, CA look like a KKK rally. People regularly show me the finger when I drive my diesel down the street. However, that is compensated by every contruction worker giving me the thumbs up, and all the gardeners turning in horror, thinking the boss is coming.

I dont smoke 'em out, but do make as much noise as possible.... When I had the 4Runner, I got cut off and generally abused. Nobody here has seen trucks this big and they just get out of the way. I turn on my blinker, count to three, and just move and let the cars sort it out. People here are true jerks behind the wheel....we're called M*******s for a reason... hehe
