Whistle Wanna-be ...

My addiction for the whistle from the exhaust continues to grow. At present I've got a AFE Proguard 7 replacement filter, 4" MBRP duals (straight) and a Superchip. Other improvements to consider ?

Have you done the Cold Air Intake MOD yet?

That would help bring in some more cool air and give alittle more whistle at the turbo.

Stephen - are you referring to the Zoodad ? If so, no, I haven't yet, but recently read the install you did - very nice work !

Removed the silencer ring yet? Then you could always get you an 03 turbo.

Silencer Ring ? Is this model year specific; this is a new one to me? You've peaked my interest.

well it is sorta of model year specific cause mine just popped out. However later models you have to grind the heads off the rivets or whatever they are.

Removing the silencer ring on the newer trucks dosen't improve much of anything for the amount of work involved.
