Im researching bankruptcy estate expense surcharges against a secured creditor's collateral. Now doesnt that just make everyone want to come to work with me?

How about trying to get an engineer's stamp on a set of drawings for a building's HVAC for approval for the city, when you need the drawings last week, and are looking at several more days of screwing around with them now because some la la at the city decided they wanted to be a nit-picky jerk?

get out of bed and have 2 cups of coffe find the chain saw go to moms spend 3 hrs trying to get saw running,finlly get it running start cutting down the tree the and after an hr still in the same spot run over to murdocks and buy 2 new ckains go to put them on both new ones asr 20" and 1 is too big the other one is to small got back change both out for 2 other ones go back both to the house both too big so I made a call and pay 5 bucks more pur chain for 2 chains the wright size take the othe ones back to murdocks get my money back go back to moms spend about an hour and a half cut both trees down and go back in the morn and cut them all up for fire wood sorry its soo long but you asked

Let's see started off cleaning some carpet, then changing the oil and installing the new drain plug in the F-350, took a shower, now I'm going over some plans for a fire alarm system for a friend so he can tell the fire marshal that the architect is a idiot for spec'ing equipment that hasn't been made in 15 years and that he also needs to go back to school on the latest fire codes.

Let's see so far he (architect) has forgotten about pull stations by the entry/exit doors, the need for two phone lines to the alarm panel, smoke detectors are a no no above 30', gonna need smoke beams (cha-ching), and the list grows.........
