Should be located behind the fog light /tow hook on the passenger side. Mine has a rubber boot covering the plug.

Looked. No cable. Is it still Ford policy to put in the block heater but only provide the cord is the block heater is ordered?
I bought this truck off the lot and Block Heater is not on the option list & I am not in one of the 10, what Ford considers, cold weather states.

You didn't get it then. You'll have to buy the cord, there's a few on ebay.

You can get a cord at most parts stores for around 20 bucks. Get the one that screws on and fits most diesel engines including the 6.0, 6.4 and some over the road trucks. If its like the 6.0 its over the starter.
I found mine under the hood, zip-tied to the bumper on the inside of the bumper. Its black and rubber, looks like a temp sensor. Look a little more. The top ten list was for free winter covers for the grill. It might be there.

haven't found the cord, no. guess it ain't there. i bought the truck off the lot so unless the block heater was part of a package it wasn't ordered as it isn't listed on the window sticker.
