where do you buy these at, always had a gas trk and now the my first winter with this diesel is coming and i drive up north alot , where do i get the stuff that actually works,

I get my Power Service additives at Walmart. I also find them at the truck stops I frequent, Flying J, Travelers Oasis, etc...
