Wheel offset differences between pre 04 and post 04?

might want to doublecheck the bolt patterns, i was looking at takeoff wheels for mine, and was told that the pattern went from 8x170 to 8x200,and the center hole size changed as well. would need to really search for the site, was last year. i was looking for wider 17's for a dually, and was looking at newer wheels.

I dont know about the DRW pattern I have never owend one but I beleave the difference is between 350,450 or 550 I know thay have different size rims. The SRW 250 and 350 from 99 on up have the same bolt pattern 05 and up the only thing different is the offset. But the 99-04 16" rims may not clear the brakes on 05 and up trucks and as I said the the offset on 05 and up will hit the leaf springs on the older trucks.
