whats the difference rear ends

If you are going to make your truck a dually, be careful as to what the axle came out of. If it is a cab and chassis it will not work in a pick up truck. The frames are different widths. The dual axle is 4" wider than the single axle. The wheels are totally different to clear the springs. Better think this one through carefully bear4x4.

A friend of mine asked If my rear axle would work on his truck but I didn't know, I searched here and I found nothing so I thought I would ask

The cab with no body, like a delivery truck. The body is added after delivery. It is NOT a pick up truck.

Standard f250/350 is a Sterling 10.25 The DRW f350 and early 450 are Dana 80's Later 450 and 550 are Dana 110 The Dana 80 is If I recall correctly is .75 inches Wider than the Sterling.
