whats the difference dually vs srw bed

i would like to see if anyone knows about putting dually fenders onto a srw bed, not changing the bed just installing fenders, i just picked up a dually rear end for short cash, needed a pinion gear, just thought that my supercab would look nice a dually and 6ft box. Thanks in advance guys.

a neighbor of mine has a 05-08 superduty dualy short box, he dont know sh*t about cars so i thought it was a factory option

Ford does build them . Had a friend from Texas that bought one new . I haven't seen a bunch though .
