What's the best oil filter?

Most here use Motorcraft folters. Some of the second brand filters are junk and others are not as good. I can't speak for Purepower. I would not use them.

I havent used one yet but I have just bought 6 Purolator Pure One (the blue ones) filters on a $14.99 oil change special with 5 quarts of oil. The oil will be used in another engine but with my filters for the 6.0L costing about $20 buck at Wally World with tax then this is like getting a free filter. From my previous thread on this matter it seems that everyone things a pureone is a very good filter.

Purolator.... whats the difference between the "blue"ones vs the "yellow" ones, should i only use the Yellow or blue purolator filters?

Do you run a spin on type filter? If so, the the yellow one is the pure one. It filters 99.9% whereas the standard white spin on cartridge filters 97.5% efficiency. I was referring to my cartridge filter is blue.
