whats a 95 f350 7.3 dually worth?

Hi all am new to the forums and am lookin at buying a 95 f350 x-cab dually it has a 7.3 ps and 219,000 miles the truck looks great and interior is very clean the guy wants $7300 cash for it is this a good deal? any help is appreciated

Blue Book private party value is about $7,200. That's XL package, 2WD, no extras. All of that will just add to the value.

Does the owner have service records, how well was it maintained?

yes he says it was very well maintained belonged to a car dealer and was only used to tow his rv.

So, is he including the hitch with it too? If it's in good shape, I'd go for it. You may want to negotiate, see if you can get him to drop it a thousand bucks. Worst he can do is say no. Just go into the deal knowing that stuff IS going to start failing. Don't let that get you down.
