ECONOMY is kind of an oxymoron: Getting 14 in mostly Jersey traffic. Goes up to about 15 if I mind my manners on a highway

so far not moving city avg mpg a week solid 10mpg freeway 65 mph 18.4 and 75mph 14.8-15.0 mpg yea "mpg is a oxymoron" so basically just keep it under 2,000rpm about 1800 and youll get good mpg its just how you drive and those jack rabbit starts as well as racing those chevys when you see one but for now until the truck gets older i have hope for my 6.4 and im gonna stop complaining as of now hahah

The other day, I noticed that freeway driving (empty) at 65mph on relatively flat terrain gave me an average of 17.8 MPG. When the regen kicked in I re-set the average MPG on the dash and it climbed back to 11.2 MPG…so much for emissions!

08 F-350 FX, 4x4, Crew, SB with 1000 miles.

Don’t get me wrong…I would not trade this truck, smiles per mile are higher than MPG, I can live with that.
