Please dont laugh or think, dang, bama's stupid!
what does it mean, when you say.
1. that truck is a 1/2 ton?
2. that truck is a 3/4 ton?
3. that truck is a 1 ton?
i am guessing it has to do with either payload, frame, springs, axles?
i dont know, could someone please splain.
thanks. stephen.
Here's my ignorance, someone please correct me if I'm wrong Everyone calls their 350 fords and 3500 chevy & dodge's a 1 tone pickup. I always thought a ton was 2000 pounds, if that is correct then wouldn't our 350 or 3500 trucks technically be a 2 ton??? The payload of a SRW 350 is around 4K It makes me want to correct people that say I have a 1 ton
