This past weekend I finished up replacing my oil cooler, installing bulletproof egr cooler, turbo cleaning, turbo supply and drain line upgrades, 6.4L banjo bolt upgrade, installed new serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pulleys. The truck started right up, no leaks or post repair punch list items. However, Tuesday I got a #6 Cylinder contribution code. ARG!

Over the last weekend I replaced the oil cooler, installed an EGR delete, removed the fuel injector to remove coolant from the cylinder (hydro-lock), flushed the coolant system, and surprisingly, it all works fine.

What a weekend.

P.S. I don't have a garage

Dug into a problem with my dash selector for defrost/ air switch. Found out my vacuum assist pump went bad about 4 monthes + ago because of my unused and plugged vacuum lines for my nonexistent auto lock hubs... nice to have ac that blows out the dash vents and not the defrost vents.. Charged the system, needed to put a sweatshirt on in cab. This week.. fuel filters/ oil change with front rotors and pads and soon to come --bum,bum, BUM... ball joints.
