changed oil and filter a week ago. also added Hot Shots oil additive....

this past weekend

....serviced trans
....new air filter
....installed fuel pressure guage-
....installed fuel pressure regulator kit-
....new batteries(old ones lasted 7 plus years)
....new alternator
....new belt tensioner

Started smoking... Marker lights and 3rd brake light. Got the mirror markers installed. Roof light and 3rd brake light still need to be buffed once the clear coat dries.

Smelled diesel walking by my truck. Pop hood. Fuel in valley. Ok, it's an 02 and I have been running BIO thru it. No biggy right? Ya'll know I buy o-rings in bulk. I figure fuel bowl rebuild.

Beer? Check
My step for working fender side? Check.
Buddy to laff and drink with while fixing my baby? Check
O-rings, gasoila, appropriate tools? Check

Buddy says you checked that fuel bowl cap lately? Why no Rothschild, you idiot, any fool knows to check that first!

( Check fuel bowl lid.......tighten said lid.............problem solved)

Put all my crap up and finish enjoying the cold beer while my buddies are laffing at me. Check.

Front OEM brake pads (hate those newer clips) and air filter.

Also, just hit 100K a couple weeks ago.

Cleaned it inside and out. Did the yearly cheap spray paint job and made the wheel wheels look all pretty. That rusty frame, springs, shackles, etc look much better with a coat of flat black on them!!!

Finally cleaned the scuz off the engine today. Changed the coolant filter. and parked it.

Since the site was down I finished Project Smoke Out Part I.

De-bugged & back-flushed the a/c condenser, inter-cooler and radiator again today.. got a good hand-full of bugs'n crap outa the condenser.. mainly muddy water from the other two.

Been through a good number of pollination Bee swarms this season.. glad I did it.

well didn't do it today but sunday changed out and both fuel filters. Tore my knuckle up trying to get fuel filter cap of with channel lock plyers lol. Then bucked up and bought the 36mm socket to do it correct.
