Gauge sweep Gauge sweep is normal when ever voltage drops to the instument cluster it self tests and hand shakes the data link when voltage comes back up. It does this to protect it self from low voltage damage.

Mar 1, 2009 #13 no-red 6 0 Senioritis Joined Mar 24, 2006 Messages 1,502 Reaction score 0 Location southmetro MN but it did it only upon completion of the 3rd pedal stomp.....all gauges did it...like it was a way of clearing codes.... i just want(ed) confirmation that that is ALL i did....was to reset the trip...nothing else thanks
