The newer diesels with higher coolant temps and oil temps require gold extended life coolant, any parts store and dealer will have it.

You may not find it at all parts stores but you should at the dealer, you"ll just pay more for Motorcraft Gold. Zerex makes it as G-05. These are the only 2 that I have found available that meets the requirements for the PSD. The gold has an additive to help prevent pitting in the diesel engines.

Stick with the Motorcraft Gold, don't shortchange your truck!
