Weird thing happened Sunday

I'd been cleaning the interior of my truck with the Stereo turned up .. had to drown out the vacum...any way after letting it play for a while I started the truck and let in run for a bit...(appaiently not long enough) shut everything up and cleaned up the mess..when in for a couple hours came back out and the truck would turn over just fine..it just wouldn't start??? after going over a few thinks that I could think of.. I put the Battery charger on the truck on boost and the thing started right up??? If the started would have been dragging I would have expected the battery's we're low...Oh well live and learn??

THe starters dont drag on these things when the batteries are weak. However, low voltage can cause other problems, such as:

No glow plugs
No IDM to fire the injectors

However the starter cranks away like nothing is wrong.

Are these your stock batteries? If so, they are over 5 years old and need to be replaced anywayz.

Sometimes they will crank the engine what would seem fast enough to fire it off but it wont.... charge or change batts and bingo, youre back in bidness....

Yep, same here. I was fortuntate that one shorted a cell right after I tried recharging. I just thought that they ran down, but they were shot.
If you got 5 years, you got 2 'freebie' years (as an average) Your starter will also appreciate it. Low or old batteries are hard on starters.

Nope replaced them last year...But the thought of not enough power to fire the Injectors makes sence

hmmm, that's interesting. Maybe you just have a pos?

So what's the latest??
If still no start, put a scanner on it and check your HP oil pressure. It must be 500 PSI or better to fire the injectors. If it doesn't, you'll probably need to pull the valve covers to check for a stuck injector. Turn over the engine while checking the oil exhause on the injector. If one's stuck, you will see oil flowing out. If you see oil flowing from any one, then you won't get enough pressure to fire. The injector will have to be replaces/fixed.
