Water Seperator Question!

The other day I was coming down a fairly long hilll in my 04 CC w/6.0 and my water seperator light flashed on for a couple of seconds. At the same time my truck also felt like it lost it's rpm's, Although it didn't die. It came right back to life when the light went out after I came off the hill. When I got home I drained the seperator for 25 seconds like the book says and haven't noticed any issues since. Is this normal when the water seperator get close to being full? Thanks!

The water separator does take many seconds to drain. It holds something like a quart. Sorry I don't have an answer for your problem. Keep an eye on it.
