About 75 years ago Wyoming built some damns on the N.Platte River and formed some reservoirs for water storage. Only problem is that we agreed to give Nebraska rights to the water. Water use restrictions come very frequently here with a very large river running right through our city going down stream to water corn in another state.-mad
