for all the replies, I did check and it is definately water, I never thought to consider humidity would affect that , I live in Ketchikan Alaska, a coastal city in the S.E. part of the state and humidity here is always high, hell, we average 180 inches of rain per year, you read that right 180 INCHES. The funny thing is I never noticed it before, but like most things with my truck as soon as I notice or hear something out of the ordinary I'm on a mission.

Jim, I've been reading in the local paper here about your flooding, it looks like the whole Mat-Su Valley has been getting hit hard, also looks like relief is in sight . Hope your living on high ground !!!
