Water/Meth

Thinking of going with a Water/Meth unit and looking for the pros and cons. What is a good unit? Look at my signature and tell me if you see any problems before I install. Can the stock tranny handle the extra power with the other mods I have? Is it worth the $$$$ ?? Thanks

I can't speak of Meth injection, but water injection only cools the intake air. You have an intercooler for that already. I would not waste my money on this. There are other mods that you can do that will get some horsepower. I see you have got the Edge.

water cools your egt's dramaticly. where meth acts kind of like nox. I think it all depends on what ratio you run. might consider head studs though.

With running the EDGE (known head popper) I would keep it to straight water... But if your looking at water injection as a HP gain... Look elsewhere, normal gains on the dyno are about 40hp at 40% meth. Great drop in EGT's!
