Just my take ? It depends on the warranty claim (for what), But:
The HPX line is an IH component, on some their applications.. but not OEM from Ford. Could be okay.. depending on the Dealer.
The Fuel bowl delete would be a Total Modification of both Ford, and IH's OEM engine equipment. Most likely.. a Big Warranty No No.

But nowa days (?).. with the warranty feuds, between FOMOCO & IH ? An aftermarket Radiator Cap could cause ALOT of Grief & Hassle..
