The interesting twist is: ".....a judge said the plea could be withdrawn and the charges dropped if he successfully completes a drug diversion program.....". I'm sure that he will do this, and years later, will get into politics and this will never be mentioned. He's probably being offered this because of who he is. If it was someone who really needed the help, they probably wouldn't get this chance. JMHO....

Thats one thing that irritates the hell out of me. Just because the are famous or the daddy is someone wealthy or publicly known, they get off with less than a slap on the wrist. Thats one reason those people better be glad I am not in law enforcement. I would through their a@$ in jail every time and throw away the key. But hey thats just me.
hes alread DONE that....a few years ago...this at LEAST the 2nd time
hes been charged w/ FELONY drug crime...and hes already attended DRUG
program"....so much for 3 strikes your out...
man ive never been charged w/ a felony but somehow i SUSPECT if
i was they'd probably make it STICK for a LONG LONG TIME !
*course the pos next door to us stole the TWO OUTSIDE a/c units,
while i watched...i called the cops and they barely wanna take a report
much less write down the license plates of the trucks !
ive even contacted the forclosure company....told 'em i would be
happy to testify in court, along w/ my co-witness wife, no one seems
interested...theyll just past the expense on to the next person im sure !
