New torque converter, 4 new tires, 3 new u-joints and still have vibration. Now here is something else I noticed. Sunday I pulled my 18' utility trailer with my 4 wheeler on it and the vibration is a lot more noticeable with a load especially between 35 to 50 mph. Do yall think it is the hanger bearing (center support bearing) or something else. Please help me as I am really starting to get aggrivated with this truck. Thanks guys.

its possible that a balancing weight flew off the driveshaft. usually you can see where it had been if if it did eject, look for a random spot weld. its also possible that the driveshaft is bent, or is "whipping" due to a sloppy slip joint.
usually when the bearing is on its death bed it will make a noise that goes up in frequency as your speed increases, as well as having some play. it is possible however that the rubber surrounding the bearing is worn out and sloppy, and is no longer holding that joint in place. the last one i replaced came with bearing and rubber/bracket from ford for like $50 (CT is expensive)
good luck :)
