I am going to put vent visors on my truck and have been looking around. It amazes me how they are priced anywhere from $11 all the way up to $150.

I have looked on ebay.....which I hate to do.....and have seen them priced this way. Does anyone have any experience with the $11 set offered there? I know that most of the time you get what you pay for, but when looking at them, and what they are made of, they look exactly like the ones that also cost $50.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :hail

No experience with the el-cheapo's but............ I do have experience in the "you get what you pay for" category. ;)

If it doesn't have an AVS brand on the visor, it's NOT a real Ventvisor.

Accept no substitutes.

I always use Vent Visors shades. You're installing something that will more than likely remain on the truck for it's life time Why go cheep?

Mine came with the truck.

They say "Auto Ventshade Company". They really work well and I like them.

I think they are the real deal. Well worth the money I think for the name brand.

go with the in-channel ones, like CHP said. I think they look a little better and no tape to worry about coming off. I had some AVS stick on's on my last truck ('00 F-350) and i looked out the passenger window doing about 75mph just in time to see it flap and snap in half when the tape stopped sticking, but they did last four years before that happened. I have had the in-channels on my '04 since new and no problems
