valve stem extension

I need some type of valve stem extensions, whoever mounted my tires put the stems on the inside and not accessible. What are the dually guys running? Include a pic if available. Thanks

I don't know how they could do that, your inside tire should stick outward and the out
side tire should stick inward. Some tire shops put them at 180 degrees from each other.

No, the won't throw off your balance. I have run them in the past without any problems.
