How hard is it get the passenger side valve cover off? Do you have to remove the I/C pipe?

After doing some more research and thinking, I'm almost certain that my UVC Harness is the culprit for my CEL being on. And it just so happens that the codes pointed to Cylinders 1 & 3...which is the side that I had injectors replaced on...

Is it difficult to replace the uvc harness? What all is involved?

P/s valve cover removal

These are base instructions but will get you to the injectors. Pull the belt and a/c compressor. Remove the cac pipe on the p/s. Disconnect harness on outside of cover close to intake port in the head. Remove all cover bolts and pull the cover off the head. The harness will stay on the cylinder head. Then your in and hopefully that's your problem. God's speed and good luck..

I didn't on mine, but it's not a picnic to wind your arms through all that garbage to loosen the bolts.. a couple of them I think I ended up removing the tire and going through the wheel well...
once you get the cover off, the UVCH is built into the gasket..

the uvc is built into the valve cover gasket? do you have to replace the gasket when you replace the UVC too?
